Lamprey Health Care is governed by a community-based Board of Directors comprised of patients and local citizens who are dedicated to our communities’ health and wellbeing. Directors are appointed to the Board based on their ability to represent the community’s needs and provide expertise and input into the health center’s operations.
The Board of Directors meets monthly, and is responsible for guiding the agency in overall fiscal, legal and policy issues. It is our policy that a majority of our Board Members be patients of Lamprey Health Care.

Gregory White, Chief Executive Officer
Gregory White was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. Throughout his career, Mr. White has been committed to his community and the mission of Community Health Centers. Mr. White attended Babson College, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, and comes to Lamprey Health Care as a Certified Public Accountant with two decades of professional management experience in Community Health Centers. He has been involved in numerous non-profit agencies in the Southern NH area including Board Treasurer for The Way Home in Manchester and as a volunteer EMT and staff officer with the Milford Ambulance Service. Mr. White is a life-long resident of Milford, where he resides with his wife Michelle and their two children.
Ms. Angers joined Lamprey Health Care in 2018. She comes to us with over sixteen years experience in healthcare administration where she has lead operations of hospital based service lines, physician practice administration, strategic planning and growth, employee engagement, and extensive project management. Throughout her career she has worked with numerous community and state organizations including serving as hospital liaison to the State of New Hampshire’s Certificate of Need Board, as well as a representative on the Seacoast Community Collaborative and the Seacoast Public Health Advisory Council. She is also a Leadership Seacoast graduate. Ms. Angers graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Health Management and Policy and holds a MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado. Born and raised in Maine, she currently resides in Dover with her husband and two kids. In her free time, when she is not on the baseball or soccer field cheering on her kids, she loves spending time at the beach or camping with her family. She is also an avid sports fan cheering on her favorite Boston teams.
Paul Brimigion, CISSP, Chief Information Officer
Paul Brimigion joined Lamprey Health Care in 2010 and was appointed Chief Information Officer in 2015. He received a Bachelor of Science from Franklin Pierce University. Mr. Brimigion is responsible for creating and growing the technical vision and strategy for the organization and leading all aspects of technological development. His experience includes establishing and directing comprehensive IT security plans, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data and infrastructure, and implementing technology systems, information security, and software integration.
Evalie Crosby, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Crosby joined Lamprey Health Care in 2016 with thirty-three years professional accounting and healthcare finance experience including audit, residential mental health, and critical access hospital managerial experience. She received a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University Graduate School of Professional Accounting in Boston, MA and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University in Medford, MA. Ms. Crosby’s experience includes extensive involvement in third-party contract negotiations, budgeting, strategic planning, financial analysis of strategic initiatives, independent financial audit and IRS Form 990 coordination, and full responsibility for preparation and filing of Medicare and Medicaid Cost Reports.
Vasuki Nagaraj, MD, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Nagaraj joined Lamprey Health Care in 2008, and currently serves as the Medical Director for the Nashua Center. He received his MD from J.J.M. Medical College in Davangere in 2001 and completed his M.P.H. degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in 2003. He completed his residency at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME. Dr. Nagaraj’s areas of clinical interest include chronic disease management and pediatrics. “I enjoy providing the best care possible to my patients and their families, keeping their cultural sensitivities and beliefs at the center of their care.” Dr. Nagaraj speaks Hindi and Kannada. He has made his home with his family in Nashua, since 2008. In his free time he is an avid tennis player and loves playing cricket, an Indian sport much like baseball.
Ana Goubert, MD, Medical Director, Raymond Center
Dr. Goubert joined Lamprey Health Care in 2013 as a Family Physician and she currently serves as the Medical Director for the Raymond Center. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boston University and attended the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biochemical Sciences. She completed her family practice residency at the UMASS Worcester Family Medicine Residency Program. Her areas of interest are women’s health, newborn care and community health.
