Every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30-11:30 am at the Newmarket Public Library
We are collaborating with RSVP Bone Builders-Friends to offer a FREE strength training and balance exercise program. This class is for people 55 years and older.
These exercise classes use weight-bearing exercises that:
- Prevent and reverse osteoporosis
- Increase muscular strength
- Increase bone density
- Protect against fractures
- Prevent falls
Participants must first register and obtain their physician’s signed permission.

Taoist Tai Chi
This class is postponed. Check back in fall 2020.
The practice of tai chi offers improved strength, balance, and flexibility in a moving meditation. The class begins with a brief discussion of the history and benefits of tai chi. Instructors from Taoist Tai Chi demonstrate the 17-move short set. Guests will learn the first three moves of the set.
