Yoga is one of the oldest forms of exercise and has been shown to offer many health benefits. Yoga has been shown to;

  • lessen chronic pain and lower back pain
  • lower blood pressure
  • reduce insomnia
  • help manage stress

We are excited to offer this program to our patients. To register please contact Sue at (603) 244-7319. A donation of $10 is suggested to help offset the cost of this program.

Bone Builders

Bone Builders

Every Monday and Friday, 10-11 am at the Raymond center
Every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30-11:30 am at the Newmarket Public Library

We are excited to be collaborating with RSVP Bone Builders – Friends to offer a FREE strength training and balance exercise program for people 55 years and older.

This class uses weight bearing exercises that:

  • Prevent and reverse osteoporosis
  • Increase muscular strength
  • Increase bone density
  • Protect against fractures
  • Prevent falls

Participants may join after registering with us and obtaining their physician’s signed permission.
