Volunteer Leadership

Committing to the Health of Our Communities

At Lamprey Health Care, every member of the community is a potential patient, board member, volunteer or friend.  Because we exist to serve the community, we rely on the partnerships we make with our volunteer leadership that help us identify and meet community needs.  Volunteers play a vital role in the success of our mission:  delivering primary care and health-related services to all individuals regardless of their ability to pay.

Lamprey Health Care has several volunteer opportunties available - we're sure you'll find a perfect match!

Board of Directors

The organization is governed by a community-based Board of Directors comprised of patients and local citizens who are dedicated to community health and wellbeing.  The Board of Directors meets monthly, and is responsible for guiding the agency in overall fiscal, legal and policy issues.  By policy, 51% of our Board Members must be patients of Lamprey Health Care.

For current Board of Directors opportunities, please contact us today.

Advisory Group

Each of Lamprey Health Care's Centers have an Advisory Group that serves as a collaborative team of community & local agencies, discussing local health issues and identifying needs within the communities.

We have numberous volunteer opportunities available for those looking to offer office and event help.  Some of these tasks include putting together community & patient mailings, patient intake materials, and event materials; conducting surveys and phone calls, as well as a variety of other tasks as they arise.
