With a 27% growth in patients from 2008-2010, Lamprey Health Care's Nashua Center (formerly the Nashua Area Health Center) was at capacity with no room to expand. To better serve our patients and meet the needs of the Nashua Community, our Nashua Center has moved into its new center at 22 Prospect Street (former home of Home Health & Hospice) after undergoing an extensive renovation and expansion project.
Now complete and open for patients, the new Nashua Center will increase patient capacity by 3,500 over the next three to five years, and provides additional exam rooms, larger waiting areas for both adults and children, and enhanced programs and services for our patients and the greater Nashua Community.
To support this expansion project, Lamprey Health Care has kicked off it's 4th Capital Campaign drive to help raise funds for the new Nashua Center. With a total project cost of $4,709,000, we are at 90% of our goal, having already raised $4,196,000!! We look to our community business leaders and friends in the Nashua Community to support our mission of providing access to affordable health care and help us raise the rest.
