Nashua Center Expansion Progress

Lamprey Health Care has recently completed a renovation and expansion of the former home of Home Health & Hospice Care at 22 Propsect Street in Nashua, which is now the new home of its Nashua Center.  This extensive renovation and expansion project will increase our facility from 8,500 sq. ft. to 15,500 sq. ft, allowing Lamprey Health Care to serve an additional 3,500 patients over the next three to five years.

Open as of October 17th, Nashua Center will offers its patients and the community:

  • 21 patient exam rooms
  • A larger waiting room with a separate children’s area
  • Offices for providers & clinical support staff
  • Offices for a diabetes educator, nutritionist, social workers and substance abuse counselor
  • Community areas for patient education classes, workshops, group sessions and general community use
