The Lamprey Health Care Newmarket Center is conveniently located in the heart of Newmarket.  Our newly expanded facility is friendly, comfortable, and offers plenty of free parking.

Administrative Office

Lamprey Health Care Administrative Offices are located on our Newmarket Campus.  The Administrative buildings are Victorian style white houses with black shutters and a porch.  Please pull into the driveway and park anywhere you find space.

Directions from West

  • Take the Route-101 EAST.
  • Take Exit 7, towards EPPING/KINGSTON.
  • Turn LEFT onto NH-125 (North).  Stay on NH-125 for approx. 4 miles.
  • Turn RIGHT onto NH-155. Flashing yellow light.  It approx. 2 miles to the red light.
  • Turn RIGHT onto NH-152. Flashing red light.  Approximately 5.5 miles to the center
  • Lamprey Health Care is on the right. Just past the Newmarket High School.

From the Northeast

  • Take Interstate 95 south
  • Take Exit 3A for Route 33 West toward Greenland/Stratham. It will be a left at the light at the end of the off-ramp. (3 miles from the Piscataqua  Bridge)
  • Drive about 7 miles. Enter the roundabout and take the first exit onto Route 108 North.  See from Route 108 below

From the Southeast

  • Take I-95 NORTH/RT-128 NORTH towards New Hampshire/Maine.
  • Take the exit for Route 101 West/EXETER/THE HAMPTONS.  The exit is directly before the toll.  There is a toll at the end of the exit ramp (fifty cents).
  • After the toll take the ramp on the right Route 101 West/EXETER/NEWFIELDS.  (5 miles)
  • Take Exit 11 for Stratham/Exeter - Routes 33/88/108.   Turn right at bottom of exit ramp.
  • There will be a Shaw’s on your right, Sullivan Tire on the left. 
  • At the Stratham Traffic Circle go about ¾ of the way around the circle; take a right onto Route 108 towards Newmarket.  See from Route 108 below

From Route 108

  • Stay on Route 108 to Newmarket (about 5 mi.).  You will pass a McDonald’s (on right), Rite Aid Pharmacy (on right) and Newmarket Police Station (on left) before driving over railroad tracks. 
  • Take your first left after the railroad tracks onto NH-152 West/Gerry Ave.  Pass Geppetto’s Pizza (on left) to the stop sign.
  • Take a left at the stop sign onto NH-152 West/S. Main Street.  Lamprey Health Care is a ¼ of a mile on the left before the Newmarket High School.
