
Ann Peters, Executive Director
Lamprey Health Care’s senior business and clinical leaders are widely respected for their expertise, industry knowledge and effectiveness. They are frequently asked to consult with other community health organizations regarding management issues and best practices.
Ann Hathaway Peters has been the CEO of Lamprey Health Care since 1979. She earned her Master of Science degree from the Harvard School of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire. Ms. Peters has been consistently recognized among her peers for her 30 years of leadership on behalf of health centers, and for her outstanding service and lifetime commitment to improving the health and welfare of America’s medically underserved populations. Ms. Peters was a Geiger Gibson Distinguished Visitor in Community Health Policy, a program that provides an opportunity for leaders in the community health field to come to GWU's Department of Health Policy to work with the students and faculty.
Dr. Oxnard, Medical Director at Lamprey Health Care, has been a Pediatrician at the Newmarket Center since 1976. She attended Vassar College and the University of Rochester Medical School, and after an internship in pediatrics at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, she completed her Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City.
Edward Scully joined Nashua Area Health Center in June of 2005. He currently serves as NAHC’s Medical Director, and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, completing his Family Practice residency at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center in Lawrence, Massachusetts, where he then practiced for eleven years.
