The NH Healthy Kids insurance program offers excellent health and dental insurance for children.
At Lamprey Health Care, we accept Medicaid, NH Healthy Kids, Medicare, and most private insurances. If you don't have insurance, we have a variety of payment options and financial assistance through our sliding fee program based on your income, family size, and ability to pay. Your Patient Advocate can help enroll you in Medicaid, NH Healthy Kids and our financial assistance program.
If you do not have insurance coverage, we request payment for services at the time of your visit. To assist you, we offer payment plans or a sliding fee discount for financially eligible patients. Our sliding fee scale program offers income eligible applicants a discount of up to 100% (less the minimum payment or co-pay) off the cost of your medical care. Staff will provide you with financial assistance information at the time of your visit.
Our discount covers services provided by our health center only. Patients requiring lab work, diagnostic testing, specialty care or medical services at other facilities should request payment options from those facilities. We are unable to assist with those costs.
Many uninsured pregnant women are eligible for Medicaid. We accept Medicaid for our services and can assist you in applying for Medicaid. Please call us as soon as you know you are pregnant, to be sure you are fully covered.
If you have medication needs for a chronic condition and are uninsured, you may be eligible for free prescriptions through various medication assistance programs available to you. If you are eligible, our program staff will help you access free prescription medication programs through the participating pharmaceutical companies.
