We accept many private health insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. If you don’t have insurance, we have a variety of payment options, including a sliding fee scale.

Any deductible and co-pay amount is requested at the time of your visit. To ensure that your health care costs will be covered, please review and follow your plan guidelines. Some plans require that referrals be made by your primary care provider. Whenever you or a family member needs medical attention, you need to contact your Lamprey Health Care primary care provider first. If your provider feels that a specialist outside of the center should see you, we will make a referral for you.
