Medication Assistance Programs for the Uninsured

Lamprey Health Care's Community Services Program (formerly InfoLink) administers medication assistance programs to meet the both short-term and long-term medication needs of the uninsured residents of the Seacoast Area.

If you have medication needs for a chronic condition and are uninsured, you may be eligible for free prescriptions through various medication assistance programs available to you.  Our program staff will help you access free prescription medication programs through the participating pharmaceutical companies.

The Community Services Program is located at Community Campus in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and can be reached by calling (603) 422-8220.
