Community Services at Lamprey Health Care
Our services evolve in response to the needs of the communities we serve. We offer many health promotion and educational activities throughout the year, including wellness clinics providing flu and pneumonia immunization and blood pressure screening. Our educational series provide timely information on a variety of health related topics such as diabetes and nutrition. Our collaboration with other area agencies allows us to perform a critical needs assessment every three years to determine where our priorities should be focused.
