Healthreach Information Center

HealthReach is a collaborative community education effort led by area physicians, Exeter Hospital, Exeter Healthcare, Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice, Lamprey Health Care, and SeaCare Health Services.

Our mission is to provide community-based education and health care management information to ensure a state of "well-being" in our community, not just the absence of disease.

Our resource representatives provide information about services and programs of Exeter Health Resources, physician referral, and confidential assistance to callers on a variety of health-related topics.
