InfoLink, the quick link to the information you need

InfoLink is a free information & referral service for seacoast New Hampshire and southern Maine. Since 1969 we have been connecting people with community resources. The most frequently requested services are for financial assistance, counseling and support groups, elder issues & respite care, housing, health and dental care, legal assistance and transportation. InfoLink helps people with prescription medication through our Medical Financial Assistance Program. To qualify for assistance an individual must meet income and residency guidelines (Portsmouth and surrounding towns). We also connect eligible people with drug programs sponsored by pharmaceutical companies for patients of Portsmouth Hospital doctors. These programs supply medication to low income people with chronic health conditions.
