Beyond Primary Care

Lost health insurance doesn't have to mean loss of support.

If you’ve lost your health insurance, we’re here for you. Lamprey Health Care is more than a doctor’s office. We offer support services, behavioral health, and financial assistance programs. Our Care Coordinators can help you with a wide variety of concerns such as access to food and child care programs, housing support, fuel assistance, and applying for health coverage.

There is no fee for this service. Simply ask to speak with a Care Coordinator. They will talk to you about your specific situation and help find solutions that work for you and your family.

And the best part… you don’t have to come to our facility to get started. We’ll get you set up as a patient over the phone and can accommodate many visit types via telehealth.

To get started, visit our new patient page or give us a call:

Don't ignore mental health needs.

Our behavioral health teams are available via telehealth. Our licensed therapists and counselors can help with issues such as depression, anxiety, coping with chronic disease, substance use disorder, and life issues. We also have a licensed psychiatrist on staff and available to all patients.

Your health is important, and that includes your mental wellbeing. Health and wellbeing include mental health, and our behavioral health care team can help.
