New Appointment Reminder System – Please Be Aware of the New Check-In Process

The next time you schedule an appointment, you’ll notice a change. Messages and appointment reminders will look different, and the check-in procedures have changed. Read on to find out what to expect.

Lamprey Health Care’s new appointment reminder system not only has a new look but offers features that allow you to receive timely reminders, complete the COVID-19 screening before arriving, and the ability to check-in from your car on your cellphone. The check-in feature speeds up the process and gives you the ability to fill out paperwork at your convenience. Best of all, the new process helps you and our staff to stay safe.

Other changes are on the way to make your visit easier. Soon, you will be able to send us a picture of your insurance card, and complete your paperwork and medical screenings all from your mobile phone.

Appointments scheduled more than 10 days in advance receive a ‘save the date’ reminder and include a calendar link to save it to your calendar. Reminders are sent as both email and text messages. You control what type of message you receive and can opt-out of future messages by choosing the unsubscribe option at the bottom of each communication. Or, just let our staff know, and we will adjust your communications preferences for you.
