Lamprey Health Care’s Senior Transportation Program provides transportation services to seniors ages 60+ and adults with disabilities. The program operated Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and serves Rockingham County and parts of Strafford County.
Trips include stops at grocery stores, banks, and pharmacies. Trips to medical, dental and rehabilitation appointments can also be scheduled. We also offer monthly recreational trips.
We operate our programs and services without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or age. Our policies are in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and other statutes and authorities that prohibit discrimination in federally assisted programs and activities.

Who Can Use this Service?
Residents of Rockingham County and parts of Strafford County who are 60 years of age or older, and adults with disabilities. Transportation Services are not restricted to Lamprey Health Care patients.
What are the Costs of a Ride?
A $5.00 donation is requested for medical appointments and shopping trips, and a $10.00 donation is requested for the recreational day trips.
When are medical appointment rides available?
Transportation services to medical appointments are available Monday–Friday in addition to the daily shopping trip schedule. To arrange for transportation to your medical appointment call the Transportation Office at (603) 659-2424.
Can I bring a Wheelchair or Walker?
Yes! Our vans are handicap accessible, and provide door to door service for your convenience.
Additional funding for this program is received by NH Division of Elderly and Adult Services, Piscataqua Bank, NH DOT, 26 local towns, and civic groups, businesses and individuals.
