Lamprey Health Care, Inc. is proud to announce a transformative partnership with The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Exeter, Food Pantry and Cleo Castonguay Community Assistance Center. This collaboration is set to provide critical on-site health care services to individuals and families in need, ensuring access to comprehensive care regardless of their ability to pay. The opening day celebration on May 2nd was a huge success, attended by SVdP guests, staff and board members from both organizations, philanthropic partners, and community residents.

Lamprey Health Care, known for its dedication to delivering primary care focused on prevention and lifestyle management, will offer its Mobile Health Services at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul location. Through this partnership, residents will benefit from easy access to Lamprey Health Care’s comprehensive services, including chronic care treatment plus a wide range of resources. The Lamprey Health Care team also offers access to behavioral health support, substance use treatment and many other medical services and programs through their primary care team at their three locations – Nashua, Newmarket, and Raymond.

Starting Friday, May 9, 2025, Lamprey Health Care’s Mobile Health Unit will be stationed at 53 Lincoln Street, Exeter, NH, every Friday morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, providing walk-up services to adults and children alike. True to its mission, Lamprey Health Care ensures that no patient is turned away due to financial constraints, reaffirming its commitment to excellent health care for all.

“We are honored to partner with Lamprey Health Care in this life-changing initiative,” said Molly Zirillo, Executive Director of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Exeter. “Access to nutritious food and quality health care are fundamental human needs. Together, we are tackling two critical challenges that many of our neighbors face daily, and we look forward to extending these vital services to even more community members.”

Sue Durkin, MS, RN, CPHQ, CEO of Lamprey Health Care, shared her heartfelt thoughts on the partnership: “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to creating healthier, stronger communities. At Lamprey Health Care, we believe that health care is a human right, and partnerships like this enable us to break down barriers to access and meet individuals where they are. The mobile unit provides compassionate, comprehensive care to those who might otherwise go without it. We are deeply proud to work alongside the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Exeter to make a lasting difference in the lives of our neighbors.”

The event drew SVdP clients, local business employees, neighbors and friends, and Board members from St. Vincent de Paul and Lamprey Health Care to make it a true community celebration. One such client, Cheryl Ann Harrington had this to say “the volunteers at SVdP are over the top nice and very kind to the elderly. I’m happy about this partnership and making health care so accessible – I’m actually going to switch my primary care to Lamprey next week”.

We were honored to welcome Steve Byrnes, Senior Vice President/Regional VP TD Bank, Eastern New Hampshire. It was truly great to have him join the celebrations and opening as Lamprey’s banking partner, but also because the TD Foundation generously supports the Mobile health Services Unit – allowing Lamprey Health Care to bring excellent compassionate health care to where patients are.
