Walk for Wellness Kicks off Tuesday, April 4
It's SPRING, and that means it's a perfect time to establish a new routine to walk for 30 minutes a day. Lace up your sneakers and join us. Walking 30 minutes a day can reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, and some cancers.
We're launching a new challenge for our patients and our staff. Those who complete four sessions with one of our staff Walk Leaders can earn our exclusive Walk for Wellness jacket.
- Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Thursdays, 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
- Meet in the parking lot (all locations - Nashua / Newmarket / Raymond Medical Centers)
- Other days may be available based on specific locations. Walks may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Watch our Facebook/instagram accounts for updates.
