If you are pregnant, have recently delivered a baby, or have had a gynecological procedure and are a Newmarket or Raymond Center patient, please call (603) 778-7311 and ask to speak with the on-call physician for the Family Center.
Nashua prenatal and gynecological patients should call the after-hours triage line listed above.
If you need care after our offices have closed for the day, call the main number for your health center and select option two to be connected with our after-hours triage service. You will have access to triage and our on-call physicians.
Please be aware that our after-hours and on-call physicians cannot handle routine issues after hours, such as prescription refills or referral requests.
For routine requests, you can use MY HEALTH, our online patient portal. Through MY HEALTH, you can request routine services at any time of day.
Patients who list a mobile phone number as their primary phone are automatically enrolled in our text reminder program. You may also sign up for this program by texting LAMPREYHC to 622622.
If you are unsure if you have a mobile number listed as your primary number, ask a patient service representative to verify your number on file.
Disclaimer: Messages may be sent with auto telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, text STOP to opt out of the program.
In the event of poor weather conditions, we may alter our hours to limit both patient and staff having to drive in unsafe conditions. We do our best to notify patients with scheduled appointments in advance. Unfortunately, sometimes mother nature gets the best of us.
When winter weather hits, we recommend calling ahead to see if it makes sense to reschedule your appointment. You can also follow us on social media, where we will post any change in our hours.
