If you need care after our offices have closed for the day, call the main number for your health center and select option 2 to be connected with our after-hours triage service. You will have access to triage and our on-call physicians.
Please be aware that our after-hours and on-call physicians cannot handle routine issues after hours, such as prescription refills or referral requests.
For routine requests, you can use our online patient portal. Through the Lamprey Health Care Patient Portal, you can request routine services at any time of day.

Lamprey Health Care is closed for major holidays. We will post closures in advance on our social media. If you have any questions about holiday hours, please call.

Patients in Nashua now have the option to receive primary care services through the InteGreat Health program located at Greater Nashua Mental Health.
InteGreat Health is our commitment to treating both the mind and body, making it easier to receive care, and helping you achieve better health.
When a patient chooses primary care at InteGreat Health, they can access:
- After-hours nurse call service
- 24 Hour crisis interventio
- Open access appointment scheduling
- On-site pharmacy and lab draw services
- Care coordination between agency providers
- Timely substance use disorder referrals
- Care management supporting patient goals
