Services at Greater Nashua Mental Health Center
Lamprey Health Care’s Nashua Center and Greater Nashua Mental Health Center have partnered to bring you InteGreat Health, a collaborative program designed to make primary care and behavioral health services more accessible.
Patients in Nashua have the option to receive primary care services through the InteGreat Health program located at Greater Nashua Mental Health.
When a patient chooses primary care at InteGreat Health, they can access:
- After-hours nurse call service
- 24 Hour crisis intervention
- Open access appointment scheduling
- On-site pharmacy and lab draw services
- Care coordination between agency providers
- Timely substance use disorder referrals
- Care management supporting patient goals

ProHealth NH
ProHealth NH is a person-centered health home for young people with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) or Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Providing integrated primary care, behavioral health, and wellness programs co-located in New Hampshire community mental health centers, provided through partnerships between the Community Mental Health Centers and the Federally Qualified Health Centers in Manchester, Nashua, and Rochester.
