Understanding Your Insurance

Please contact your insurance company to verify that Lamprey Health Care is in your network and what services your plan covers. We are willing to bill any medical insurance carrier, but it is your responsibility to know what benefits are covered and which providers are in your plan’s network.

You may be billed for deductibles and other non-covered costs after your visit. Patients are expected to pay any costs that are not reimbursed by the insurance carrier.

Services provided by other agencies located at our facilities, such as a laboratory or hospital services, will be billed by that organization.
