
Ana Goubert, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Goubert joined Lamprey Health Care in 2013 as a Family Physician. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boston University and attended the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biochemical Sciences. She completed her family practice residency at the UMASS Worcester Family Medicine Residency Program. Her areas of interest are women’s health, newborn care, and community health. Dr. Goubert is also a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) provider.

Kate Bonafede, MD
Family Physician
Dr. Bonafede joined Lamprey Health Care in 2011 as a Board-Certified Physician, after completing her family practice residency at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center. She graduated from the University of Rochester with a dual major in Biology and Environmental Science and attended Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, NH. Dr. Bonafede is fluent in Spanish and has some knowledge of French and American Sign Language.

Jameson Lassor, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CNL
Family Nurse Practitioner
Mr. Lassor joined Lamprey Health Care in 2019 as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He received an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences, a Master of Science degree in Nursing, as well as a Post Masters Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate, all from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. His areas of clinical interest include preventive medicine, wellness, and chronic disease management. “The best part of being a health care provider is the opportunity to influence your patient’s lives for the better.” Mr. Lassor is accepting new patients.

Karen Prazar, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner

Karen joined Lamprey Health Care in 2018 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and from the University of New Hampshire with a Master of Science in Nursing. Karen is the lead preceptor of the Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program, working closely with two fully licensed nurse practitioner fellows in their first year of clinical practice. Her patients are primarily seen by the nurse practitioner fellows for office visits in the clinic. Karen's clinical interests include adolescent health, LGBTQ health, and addiction medicine. She prescribes gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) and also works closely with the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team helping people who struggle with addiction.

Kathryn Ruvolo, DO
Family Physician
Dr. Ruvolo joined Lamprey Health Care in 2021 as a Board Certified Family Physician. She graduated from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY, and completed her residency at Ellis Medicine/Bellevue Woman’s Hospital in Niskayuna, NY. She also completed an OB Fellowship following her residency that certifies her to provide full-scope obstetrical care, including C-sections. Her clinical areas of interest are women’s health, adolescents, pediatrics, and the underserved population. “I focus on building long-lasting relationships over time and create individual health preventative plans that are catered to each of my patients.”
OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE: "If I’m not at work, you can find me outside gardening, hiking, kayaking, usually with my dog and husband by my side."

Maureen Sunnerberg, MSN, APRN, FNP

Ms. Sunnerberg joined Lamprey Health Care in 2023 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Maureen's areas of interest include family-centered health and health promotion. "I enjoy building relationships with multigenerational families based on mutual trust and respect. I enjoy helping to empower patients with education and support to reach their goals.
IN MY FREE TIME: "I enjoy reading and traveling, but mostly spending time with my family and friends.

Janna Thompson, PMHS, CPNP
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Janna Thompson completed her Associate of Science degree in Nursing at NH Technical Institute, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Franklin Pierce University, and received a Master of Science, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Boston College.
Ms. Thompson comes to Lamprey Health Care with experience as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester, NH and as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center in Nashua, NH.
Janna is Board-Certified in Pediatric Primary Care and Pediatric Behavioral Health. She is a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Provider. Janna provides all-inclusive integrated care to the pediatric population and their families. Her clinical areas of interest include newborn, well-child and adolescent care, behavioral health, and community health.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY ABOUT BEING A Health Care Professional?: I enjoy using a holistic approach working with children, teens and their families, and helping them to navigate a complex health care system. I feel that one of the most important parts of my job is to provide the education patients and their families need to help them make informed choices about their health care. Being able to care for the medical and behavioral health of children is extremely rewarding.
IN MY FREE TIME: “I retired from the Army Reserves in 2015 after almost 23 years of service. When not at work you will usually find me watching my daughters playing one of their many sports. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my husband, our daughters, and our three dogs.”

Jill Worden, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC, RN-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Worden joined Lamprey Health Care in 2018 as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and was a member of our second Nurse Practitioner Fellowship class. She received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Boston College Cornell School of Nursing. Ms. Worden’s areas of interest include pediatric and adolescent health, global health, and preventive healthcare. “What I most enjoy about working in primary care is the opportunity to educate and empower families to take control of their health. I am eager to build relationships with families and be both an advocate and a resource for my patients.”
IN MY FREE TIME: “I enjoy hiking, biking, reading, and traveling.”
