Britta Bartlett, MA, LCMHC, LADC
Mrs. Bartlett joined Lamprey Health Care in 2019 as a licensed clinical mental health counselor. She received a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, concentrating on substance use, from Antioch University New England in Keene, NH. “I enjoy helping clients understand change is possible through increasing self awareness and using a holistic approach to help create meaning, balance, and joy.” Mrs. Bartlett’s clinical areas of interest include substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
MY HAPPY PLACE: “The beach and nature are my happy place, and pickle ball is my new favorite activity. I love cooking and I am working on perfecting baking bagels.”
Harmony Costopulos, LICSW
Ms. Costopulos joined Lamprey Health Care in 2019 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Maine. “It is an honor to have people share their life stories with me, and hopefully I can help them navigate through life’s challenges.” Ms. Costopulos’ clinical areas of interest include working with adolescents and adults, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and adoption issues.

Astrid Findon-Henry, MS, LCMHC, MLADC
Astrid joined Lamprey Health Care in 2019 as a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She received a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern NH University. Her areas of clinical interest include treatment for co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, treating individuals with traumatic experiences, while “focusing on the whole person with their strengths and abilities.”
WHERE YOU’LL FIND ME: “In my free time, you will likely find me in the outdoors – on running trails, my road bike, or exploring new hiking trails. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family (including my pets), and friends.”
Charles Mitchell, MD
Dr. Mitchell joined Lamprey Health Care in 2019 as a part time psychiatrist. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from Dartmouth College, and his medical degree from the Quillen College of Medicine in Tennessee. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at Maine Medical Center in Portland. He has served on the clinical faculty of Tufts and the University of Vermont Colleges of Medicine. Dr. Mitchell works with adolescents and adults, using psychotherapy and medication, and with those struggling to recover from substance use. “I believe in the importance of a wholesome lifestyle to maintaining good physical and psychological health.” Dr. Mitchell speaks Spanish and French, and some Portuguese.
IN MY FREE TIME: “I enjoy the outdoors, running on country roads near home, walking our Bernese Mountain Dogs, and hiking with family and friends.”
