After Care Hours

If you need assistance when the center is closed call the main number for your center and select option 2 on the menu.

You can also call (877) 802-6079. You will be connected with our after-hours triage service, where you will have access to our on-call physicians.

For Newmarket or Raymond patients who are pregnant, have recently delivered a baby, or had a gynecological procedure, call (603) 778-7311.

Nashua prenatal and gynecological patients should call the after-hours triage line listed above.

Appointments and Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule your appointment. This will also free up a time slot for other patients.

Two days before your schedule appointment you will receive an automated reminder call. You will have the option through this automated call to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.

We also offer an opt-in text reminder service. To opt into the service text LAMPREYHC to 622622. For help with the text reminder program text HELP. To opt out of the program text STOP.

Advance Directives

Advance Directives include “living will” and “durable power of attorney” forms. These forms document your wishes regarding your medical care. Having your wishes in writing will help your family when it comes to your care. For information on Advance Directives ask your primary care provider or one of our Care Coordinators.
