As part of the financial services department, I assist patients in navigating Medicaid, the Marketplace, and our sliding fee scale, ensuring they receive the care they need without unnecessary financial stress. Whether it's setting up payment plans or finding creative solutions to keep patients out of collections, my goal is to help them prioritize their health.
Working here has been life changing. I get to extend the same compassion, care, and kindness that was shown to me to every patient I encounter. I truly love my job, the incredible team I work with, and, most of all, the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.
