Monday – Friday, 8 am to 10 am, dedicated for patients over the age of 65 or those receiving prenatal care

We will not be open on Saturdays. All patients should call before coming to the health center.

After Hours

Contacting Us After Hours

If you need care after our offices have closed for the day, call the main number for your health center and select option 2 to be connected with our after-hours triage service. You will have access to triage and our on-call physicians.

Please be aware that our after-hours and on-call physicians cannot handle routine issues after hours, such as prescription refills or referral requests.

For routine requests, you can use MY HEALTH, our online patient portal. Through MY HEALTH, you can request routine services at any time of day.

Bilingual Staff

At Lamprey Health Care, we embrace cultural diversity and welcome patients who speak many different languages. The majority of our Nashua Center staff speaks more than one language, with nearly half of our staff being fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. Staff is available through all aspects of your visit to help you communicate with your health care team and make you feel comfortable about your medical care.

Interpretation Services

To help with languages other than Spanish and Portuguese, we offer free onsite language interpretation by a professional interpreter. To ensure we meet your language need, please let us know when you make your appointment that you require language services. This way, we can be sure someone is available to interpret at the time of your visit.

If we don’t have access to an interpreter who speaks your language, we can utilize a Language Line interpretation service to assist with your visit. We won’t let language be a barrier to your health care.
