We have received reports of some patients having issues accessing the Patient Portal. We contacted the service provider and the issue should now be resolved.
We advise patients to follow steps to clear your browser cache and try again.

How to Clear Browser Cache - Patient Portal
Use the steps below to help patients clear their browser cache when they are having trouble signing in to the Portal:
Google Chrome:
- From browser window, click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click Settings
- A new window will open. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Advanced
- Under "Privacy and Security" click Clear Browsing Data
- Confirm that "Advanced" is selected
- Change "Time Range" drop-down to "All Time"
- Select all check boxes
- Click Clear Data
- Close all browser windows. Then, restart browser and navigate to Patient Portal login page to use.
Microsoft Edge:
- From browser window, click Settings and more (horizontal three dots in upper right corner of the screen)
- Click Settings
- Click Privacy, search, and services
- Under Clear Browsing Data, click Choose what to clear
- Select cookies and other site data, and cached images and files.
- Click Clear now
- Close and restart Edge.
Safari (Desktop):
- While using Safari, click Safari in the menu (or hold down command key and the comma key at the same time)
- Click Privacy
- Click Remove All Website Data
- Click Remove Now
- Close all browser windows. Then, restart browser and navigate to Patient Portal login page to use.
- Safari (iPhone or iPad):
- Open Settings App
- Tap Safari
- Tap Clear History and Website Data
- Tap Clear
- Close all browser windows. Then, restart browser and navigate to Patient Portal login page to use.
Firefox:
- From browser window, click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner
- Click Options
- Click Privacy and Security
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- When the Clear Data window appears, click Clear
- Under History, click Clear History
- When the Clear Recent History window appears, check off all boxes under both History and Data headings
- Click Clear Now
